It's crazy to look back at my early dating history and see how far I've come. It almost makes me cry 😢 to remember how little I once thought of myself and how little I thought I deserved.
Whenever I’ve felt sad or had low confidence, I have:
⛔️ Attracted the wrong partners (or no one at all)
⛔️ Neglected my health and engaged in emotional eating
⛔️ Isolated myself and alienated my friends
You can have the best dating profile on the internet, but if you are feeling down about yourself, you're going to have a hard time finding a good partner. It's important to take stock of where you are and ensure your mindset is where it needs to be to have dating success.
